The counties that are not listed above are getting free shipping at a minimum spend of €100.

Free shipping packages will be shipped as a standard package provided with a Track & Trace code (as detailed below). Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply.

TRACK & TRACE
Your package will be send by DHL and will always be shipped with a tracking code. We will always send you an email (within 1 day) when your package is being dispatched with your tracking code. If you haven’t received any mail with your track & trace code please check your spam mail. If you can’t find there any mail, go to this page.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Europe may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). For orders outside Europe all duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by ChiqueBoss, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM CET GMT+1 (Central European Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. ChiqueBoss will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include sundays, mondays or Holidays. Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by ChiqueBoss within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from ChiqueBoss, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ChiqueBoss. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We are not satisfied until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.chiqueboss.com send it back within 14 days (from initial delivery date). We will refund the value of the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value if you have used or damaged the product or packaging (this includes removing labels or similar from the original product).

HOW TO RETURN?
When returning items ensure you include the return form. The return form and return address sticker can be found in your package, fill out all the information needed.

1. Place the products you wish to return in a parcel (all goods must of course be unused and in their original condition, read our information below carefully!)
2. Place the return form in your parcel
3. Paste the retour address sticker on top of the parcel
4. Send the package back to us within 14 days from initial delivery date

NOTES!
– Please note that ChiqueBoss cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
– Please note that items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
– Please note that we reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

ITEMS YOU CAN NOT RETURN
– Pierced jewelry
– Accessories
– Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed
– Any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
– Used underwear and/or hygiene
– Damaged items (for example if you broke a zipper during fitting)
– Dirty items (for example if they got make-up on it during fitting)
– Items with removed labels
– Items that are not in the same condition as when you bought them

COMPLAIN
To address a complaint we require a written description and image describing the reason for the complaint, sent to info@chiqueboss.com. In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Returns mailed to ChiqueBoss can take up till 5 work days to process after receiving. Once returns are processed, a credit will be issued to the original payment type used to complete the purchase.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
No, at this moment we unfortunately don’t do this. Please note that items must be returned at your own expense.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, we do take exchanges. Please fill this in on the return form. With insufficient stock we will contact you by email. You can choose store credit or a refund.
